Returns

All returns must be authorized by Trem-Band LLC prior to making the return.  We allow 5 days from the date you receive your merchandise (as indicated by USPS tracking) to set up a return.  To setup a return and obtain the required return authorization number, email us at support@trem-band.com

Any merchandise returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted and no refund will be given. 

 

Return of Non-Defective Merchandise

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to return the merchandise to Trem-Band LLC on all returns of non-defective merchandise.  All original packing materials such as manuals, wrenches, screws, etc. must be included with the return, and merchandise must be in 100% complete, unused/new condition.  Returns of non-defective merchandise will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price of the merchandise, which will be deducted from the amount of the refund.  A return of non-defective merchandise may be rejected completely if the merchandise is returned damaged, altered, or improperly packaged.  If the return is rejected, no refund will be issued.  We recommend that you purchase insurance for return shipments, as Trem-Band LLC is not responsible for damage caused during return shipment. 

 

Return of Merchandise with Manufacturing Defects

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect in the merchandise purchased, Trem-Band LLC will replace or exchange the merchandise or issue a refund.  Trem-Band LLC is only responsible for damage that was incurred during the manufacturing process.  If the returned merchandise is deemed to be non-defective by Trem-Band LLC, the customer will be informed immediately and the terms and conditions for the return of non-defective merchandise (as outlined above,) will apply.
