This website is owned and operated by TREM-BAND LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing and using this website (the “Site”) and purchasing products through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the Site.

1. Eligibility

To use this Site, you must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. Use of the Site is prohibited where restricted by law.

2. Product Purchases

By purchasing a product through the Site, you agree that:

You are responsible for reading the full item description before making a purchase.
You are entering into a legally binding agreement when you complete the checkout process.

Pricing:
All prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of order placement. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees, which will be itemized during checkout and in your order confirmation.

TREM-BAND LLC is not responsible for typographical or pricing errors and reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.

3. Return Policy

General Return Terms

Due to the nature of the products sold, we offer a strict 5-day return window. All returns must:

Be authorized in advance by TREM-BAND LLC.
Be initiated within 5 days of delivery, as confirmed by USPS tracking.
Originate from the same country where the product was purchased.

To request a return authorization number, email support@trem-band.com. Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

A. Returns of Non-Defective Products

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Products must be in new, unused condition, including all original packaging and accessories (e.g., manuals, wrenches, screws).
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Returns may be rejected if the product is damaged, altered, used, or improperly packaged.

We recommend purchasing shipping insurance. TREM-BAND LLC is not responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping.

B. Returns Due to Manufacturing Defects

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, TREM-BAND LLC will offer:

A replacement or exchange, or
A full refund.

TREM-BAND LLC is only responsible for defects resulting from the manufacturing process. If the returned product is found to be non-defective, the return will be processed under the same conditions outlined in Section A above.

4. Changes to Website and Product Availability

We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue products at any time without notice,
Limit the availability of any product,
Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of any product.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, software, trademarks, and copyrights—is the exclusive property of TREM-BAND LLC or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without express written permission.

6. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time and without prior notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms or any applicable laws.

7. Indemnification

TREM-BAND LLC is not responsible for:

Errors or inaccuracies in product listings or site content,
Personal injury or property damage resulting from the use of any product purchased through the Site,
Shipping delays, interruptions, or technical failures.

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated via the Site. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Site.

11. Promotional Communications

By providing your contact information, you agree to receive promotional emails, texts, or other communications from us. You may opt out at any time by contacting support@trem-band.com.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
